The fine rubber legs give this pattern great movement in the water making it highly effective.  We recommend the FL Orange tag for Yellowfish, and the FL Violet tag for trout. One of our most popular flies to target those elusive Spotted Grunter on the mud flats of our Western Cape estuaries. The articulated design naturally replicates the silhouette of the mud prawns on the surface with the floating foam head and the tail section that hangs below the water's surface. Fished on a static drift with the current/tide or a slow figure of eight has proven to be very effective. Tied on tried and tested grip saltwater hooks. Colours are based on the body materials - H2O Lively Legs Crustacean Brush.
