SOLAREZ UV CURE RESIN - 15ml (0.5oz)

Solarez UV Cure Resin - Low odour, cures in seconds, guaranteed tack-free when cured with Solarez UV light systems.

Thin – Hard Formula: is approximately the same viscosity as 30 wt. motor oil. It is easy to apply a thin, shellac-like clear coat that will cure in seconds when irradiated with sunlight or our UV flashlight. This product is a very durable aliphatic urethane which characteristically does not yellow with age.

Thick – Hard Formula

• Hard, very viscous for making thick coatings or spheres – bodies, heads, eyes
• Build fly fishing heads and bodies
• Viscous formula, easier to work with

Medium – Viscosity Formula

• Medium, This Medium-Viscosity formula is wonderful for coating bodies and creating a deep protective gloss.
• Build fly fishing heads and bodies
• Viscous formula, easier to work with

FLEX Formula

• Flexible finish for swimmers, flex parts – could be used as a wader repair
• Great for coating knots for strength
• Viscous formula, easier to work with

Usage tip:

Apply in shade. Irradiate with intense UV light for FIVE SECONDS. Wait 15 seconds. Irradiate again for FIVE SECONDS. Wait. Do this a few cycles. Complete with 2 minutes continuous UV light. This technique will reduce heat & shrinkage. The FLEX formula requires more light than the THIN, MEDIUM or THICK. This technique will reduce heat & shrinkage.
